He has been found not guilty of Murder.
In February 2013 , Pistorius shot his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp his home.
He said he thought she was an intruder and fired his gun in self defense.
As the Judge delivered his Verdict,Pistorius broke down in tears but the Judge hasnt decided if there will be a lesser charge in culpable homicide which is similiar to Man Slaughter which could attract up to 15 years Jail Time.
The Court rules that there were not enough facts to prove that it was premediated Murder.
But the Judge did say when Pistorious fired,He acted unlawfully.The Final Verdict will be delivered when the Court Resumes in Full Session
